Our delicious house-made dessert crêpes and savory crêpes are from authentic French recipes shared by one of our owners, and are all made-to-order.

Whether you're booking an event for 25 people or 400 plus, L’Authentic Blend provides Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, Los Angeles County and the surrounding areas a customized event you and your guests will never forget. We recognize that each event is unique, and therefore prices vary based on services requested and number of guests.

Founded in 2016 as Café à la Carte, L’Authentic Blend is owned and staffed by professionals with over 40 years of experience in hospitality and catering. We are the perfect local, small business to hire for weddings, business meetings, parties, banquets, showers, grand-opening, employee/client appreciation day, private events, and more. 

Our coffee beans are organic and certified fair-trade beans sourced from Sumatra, that are locally roasted in Ventura, CA for your specific event. We do our best to locally source all of our ingredients. 

We provide made-to-order gourmet espresso drinks and French crêpes on-site at all of our events. Our service is completely customizable and competitively priced. We recognize every event is unique, and therefore provide a quote once services and number of guests are taken into account. We work with you to provide exactly what you want and need for your event.
